Continental has revealed that its SportContact 7 tires are now the original equipment choice for the Polestar 3 electric SUV. These high-performance tires, crafted for both electric and conventional vehicles, come in a 21-inch size to suit the Polestar 3’s design and performance needs.

The SportContact 7 delivers precise handling and top-tier safety for drivers. Compared to its predecessor, it reduces braking distances by 8% on wet roads and 6% on dry roads, while boosting mileage by an impressive 17%. This makes it a reliable and long-lasting option for the Polestar 3.

Tailored for electric vehicles, the SportContact 7 enhances energy efficiency, helping the Polestar 3 achieve greater range without sacrificing comfort. Its advanced tread design ensures excellent grip and stability, even at high speeds, aligning perfectly with the SUV’s dynamic performance.
Independent testing underscores its quality. The German magazine sport auto awarded the SportContact 7 an “outstanding” rating in its latest ultra ultra high-performance (UUHP) summer tire test for 19/20-inch mixed tires. Approved for speeds up to 270 km/h (168 mph), the tire also carries an XL marking for increased load capacity.
