  • Rigorous Testing and Delivery: Each car is thoroughly validated through road and track tests at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya before being delivered to its owner.

The Hispano Suiza Carmen Sagrera is more than just a hypercar; it is a statement of engineering excellence and bespoke luxury. Introduced as a tribute to Hispano Suiza’s 120th anniversary, this fully electric masterpiece boasts four motors delivering 1,114 hp and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds. With a 103 kWh in-house battery pack providing a 480 km range, the Sagrera redefines the “Gentleman Driver” concept.

Phase 1: Pre-Assembly
The production begins by customizing the car to the owner’s unique preferences. Subframes, suspension systems, and axle shafts are pre-assembled alongside the dashboard and steering. The advanced 103 kWh battery pack and high-voltage wiring are built simultaneously, reflecting the model’s commitment to innovation.

Phase 2: Chassis Assembly
The carbon-fiber monocoque serves as the foundation for the car, with body elements and select interior parts being fitted manually. Precision craftsmanship ensures each piece fits perfectly.

Phase 3: Painting and Rolling Chassis
The painting process is entirely custom, offering nearly infinite color choices. Hand-stitched upholstery in materials like Alcantara and leather complements the bespoke interiors. Meanwhile, the suspension, brakes, and wheels are installed.

Phase 4: Final Assembly
With the rolling chassis ready, technicians integrate the infotainment systems, comfort features, and exterior emblems. This phase highlights the blend of advanced technology and artisanal detailing.

Phase 5: Testing and Delivery
After assembly, the car undergoes rigorous testing both on-road and at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Once approved, it is delivered to its owner, marking the culmination of an eight-month journey.

Hispano Suiza’s rich history, dating back to its founding in 1904, continues to shine with the Carmen Sagrera. Its commitment to innovation and luxury ensures the legacy endures for generations to come. With only 24 units, the Carmen Sagrera is not just a hypercar but a piece of automotive history.
