XPENG, a global leader in smart electric vehicles, has officially opened order books for its revamped XPENG G6 Ultra Smart Coupe SUV and XPENG G9 Ultra Smart Premium SUV across Europe. These next-generation electric vehicles (EVs) redefine performance, design, and intelligent technology, tailored specifically for European drivers. With cutting-edge charging capabilities, luxurious interiors, and robust safety features, both models set new benchmarks in the EV market. Built on XPENG’s full-domain 800V architecture, both SUVs incorporate the SC Supercharging AI Battery, enabling industry-leading charging speeds—G9 at 525 kW and G6 at 451 kW. This allows a 10% to 80% charge in just 12 minutes, minimizing downtime. The lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, free of rare earth minerals, enhances sustainability. With a WLTP range of up to 585 km for the G9 and 535 km for the G6, range anxiety is eliminated, ensuring efficient long-distance travel.
Unmatched Safety and Durability
Safety is paramount for XPENG. The G6 and G9 feature a bulletproof battery protected by a 4-4 structural safety framework and ballistic-grade armor, capable of withstanding 1000°C heat and 80 tons of side-crush pressure. The battery lifespan is extended by 30%, meeting stringent safety standards and ensuring long-term reliability.
Luxurious Design and Comfort
The XPENG G6 (4750 mm long, 1820 mm wide, 1650 mm high) boasts a sleek design with a Starlight Wing LED light bar, body-colored wheel arches, and a dynamic “Ducktail” rear. The XPENG G9 (4891 mm long, 1937 mm wide, 1680 mm high) offers a 2998 mm wheelbase for superior space. Both models feature Nappa leather seats, 12-level reclining rear seats, and panoramic star roofs. The G6 provides 571 liters of trunk space (up to 1374 liters folded), while the G9 offers 660 liters (up to 1576 liters). Comfort features include heated and ventilated seats, a 10-point Shiatsu massage system, and XPENG Heat Boost Technology for efficient cabin and battery heating.

The interiors of both SUVs emphasize luxury and innovation. The G9’s cabin, available in four themes including a new Coffee theme, uses 95% soft-touch materials and a 12-layer ergonomic seat design. Smart features like a high-efficiency heat pump and AI-driven systems enhance the driving experience, blending craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology.
Availability and Public Debut
Orders are now open in France, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The G6 will debut dynamically at the Goodwood Festival of Speed (July 10-13, 2025).
