CrossContact RX Tire Features
Continental’s developers designed the CrossContact series to provide excellent braking and dynamics on dry, wet, and snowy roads. The adapted tire tread pattern and contour also contribute to low rolling resistance, which is crucial for maximizing EV range. To ensure a comfortable and quiet ride, the uniform sipe arrangement on the tread reduces rolling noise. Additionally, the included ContiSeal technology allows the tire to automatically seal punctures of up to 6 mm in diameter, preventing the need for an immediate tire change in the event of most punctures.
Approved Tire Sizes
The CrossContact RX tire line has been approved for the Cadillac OPTIQ and Chevrolet Equinox EV in the following sizes:
- CrossContact RX, 275/40 R21 107H XL FR ContiSeal
