MG Motor‘s MG4 SE Long Range has been awarded a prestigious 5-star rating by Green NCAP, an independent European emissions assessment initiative. This all-electric hatchback excelled across various tests, underscoring its efficiency and low environmental impact.
Green NCAP evaluates vehicles based on their energy efficiency, emissions, and overall environmental footprint under real-world conditions. Their goal is to foster the development of vehicles that are both clean and energy-efficient, thereby improving air quality and combating global warming.
The MG4 EV SE Long Range distinguished itself by achieving full marks in the Clean Air Tests, both in laboratory settings and on the road, securing a perfect 10/10 on the Clean Air Index. In Energy Efficiency assessments, it was rated ‘good’—the highest possible ranking—in three out of four categories, culminating in an impressive score of 9.2/10.
Moreover, the vehicle demonstrated outstanding performance in the Greenhouse Gases test, with perfect scores in both cold and warm conditions, leading to an overall rating of 9.4/10.
