Pritchard EV, in collaboration with Cobb County, Georgia, has initiated a pioneering demonstration program featuring the REE P7-C demo chassis cab, marking a significant advancement in electric vehicle technology for commercial fleets in America. This demo, the first of its kind globally, showcases the full capabilities of the electric chassis cab, tailored for the unique demands of municipal fleet operations.

Cobb County, renowned for its leadership in fleet electrification, is enhancing its reputation by integrating the P7-C chassis cab into its fleet. This vehicle, engineered by REE Automotive Ltd., represents a leap forward in adopting electric vehicles in operational fleets. Al Curtis, Cobb County Fleet Manager, emphasized the county’s innovative approach: “Cobb will continue to take the road less traveled by demoing vehicles with new technology to diversify the vehicle and equipment landscape.”
The demonstration is part of a broader effort to familiarize fleet managers with electric vehicle technologies, featuring a special showcase for the NAFA Fleet Management Association’s local chapter. This event not only highlights Cobb County’s ongoing commitment to sustainable transport solutions but also positions it as a leader in municipal fleet electrification.

The P7-C chassis cab, featuring REE’s proprietary REEcorner® technology, is designed for maximum serviceability and safety while aiming to reduce total cost of ownership. The chassis was upfitted with a KUV service body by Knapheide, enhancing its functionality for real-world applications.
