The 2026 Kia EV9 Nightfall Edition, unveiled at the 2025 New York International Auto Show, elevates the all-electric three-row SUV with bold styling and enhanced performance. This distinctive variant, built on the award-winning EV9 platform, introduces exclusive design elements and a torque boost, blending sophistication with family-friendly functionality. Assembled at Kia’s West Point, Georgia plant, the Nightfall Edition qualifies for a $7,500 federal EV tax credit and is set to hit dealerships in Q2 2025.

- Exclusive Styling: Features Gloss Black accents, including 20-inch wheels, grille, skid plates, and emblems.
- New Color Option: Introduces Roadrider Brown, an earth-tone exclusive to the Nightfall Edition.
- Performance Boost: Torque increases from 443 lb.-ft. to 516 lb.-ft., achieving 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds.
- Interior Upgrades: Offers a Black interior with genuine stitching and a choice of 6 or 7-passenger seating.
- Charging Convenience: Supports Tesla Supercharger and Combined Charging System networks.
The Nightfall Edition, available on the dual-motor Land AWD trim, enhances the EV9’s appeal with Gloss Black 20-inch wheels and dark Kia emblems, paired with 275/50R-20 all-season tires. The exterior is further distinguished by Gloss Black roof rails, mirrors, and skid plates, complemented by the unique Roadrider Brown paint. Inside, the cabin boasts an exclusive Black upholstery with genuine stitching and a black headliner, standard with second-row captain’s chairs for six passengers. A 7-passenger bench seat option is available at no extra cost, catering to larger families.
Performance is elevated with the Boost function, which, combined with 379 horsepower, delivers swift acceleration. The EV9 Nightfall Edition also adopts the North American Charging Standard, enabling access to Tesla’s Supercharger network and, with an adapter, other charging systems, ensuring a seamless experience. This edition reinforces Kia’s commitment to sustainable, stylish, and versatile electric mobility.
