The Lifestyle Delivery Vehicle 190 (LDV 190) earned the “Best of the Best” award in the Commercial Vehicles category and a nomination for the Red Dot: Luminary, the highest accolade at the Red Dot Award: Design Concept. Additionally, Canoo’s American Bulldog electric pickup truck was honored as a 2024 Red Dot winner. These awards highlight Canoo’s innovation and excellence in electric vehicle design.

The Red Dot Award is an international competition that celebrates excellence in design. It is one of the world’s largest design competitions, and the Red Dot Label is a coveted mark of quality. Submissions are rigorously assessed by a panel of designers, professors, and specialist journalists based on criteria such as design quality, innovation, function, and overall product excellence. The Red Dot Design Concept Awards Ceremony will be held on October 10, 2024, in Singapore.
Canoo’s LDV 190 stands out for its innovative design, characterized by a clean, minimalist shape, versatility, and cutting-edge technology. The vehicle maximizes utility and flexibility, supporting a wide range of business and government applications. Emphasizing sustainability, the LDV 190 uses eco-friendly materials and boasts the smallest footprint and longest range in the Class 2 segment.
Designed with driver ergonomics and customer use cases in mind, the LDV 190 features a low floor, spacious cabin, and steer-by-wire technology for easier ingress and egress. This technology allows 1.2 turns lock-to-lock of the steering wheel, significantly easing steering and maneuverability. The LDV 190 redefines the delivery experience, blending technology, sustainability, and human-centric design for a future of clean, efficient, and inclusive mobility.
