CATL has unveiled NING Space, a new energy experience center in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, in collaboration with car manufacturers and the local government. This innovative space offers consumers an all-encompassing experience to view, select, use, and learn about electric vehicles (EVs), furthering the global transition to e-mobility. The center also features nearly 100 models from around 50 car brands, showcases cutting-edge battery technologies, and provides expert guidance on EVs.

CATL Launches Pioneering EV Experience Center

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Li Ping, vice chairman of CATL, emphasized the significance of the global energy transformation and the restructuring of the automotive industry and consumer mindsets. He noted that CATL’s new platform bridges the gap between automakers and consumers, fostering innovation and mutual success.

Luo Jian, general manager of CATL’s marketing department, highlighted the center’s distinct features of “completeness” and “innovation,” which aid automakers in effectively showcasing vehicles and promoting a low-carbon lifestyle.

At the NING Space, visitors can explore the history and development of electric vehicles, gain insights into the latest battery innovations, and participate in science workshops. The opening also marked the launch of NING SERVICE, which provides high-standard battery maintenance, health checks, and mobile rescue services.

To enhance user experience, CATL introduced a WeChat mini-program, designed specifically for EV users. This platform offers services including charging station searches, exploration, selection assistance, and usage tips for EVs, as well as educational workshops on new energy.

CATL’s NING Space is set to create a stronger connection between automakers and consumers, ushering in a new era of green energy living through its diverse offerings and specialized services.
