With this landmark acquisition, Exicom is set to enhance its global reach, adding Tritium’s facilities in the USA and Australia to its existing presence in Asia. According to BloombergNEF’s ‘Economic Transition Scenario,’ EVs are expected to reach 45 percent of global passenger-vehicle sales by 2030 and 73 percent by 2040.
