At the prestigious Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, Genesis has introduced a double world premiere, featuring the newly redesigned Electrified G80 and the debut of the G80 EV Magma Concept. This event marks a significant expansion of Genesis’ dedication to the electric vehicle market, specifically tailored for the Chinese audience with exclusive features and designs.

New Design and Features of Electrified G80
The Electrified G80 showcases a significant evolution in Genesis’ approach to electric vehicle design. Featuring an extended wheelbase by 130mm, the vehicle combines luxury with practical enhancements. It incorporates the iconic G-Matrix Crest Grille, MLA headlights, and a sleek bumper that projects confidence. The increased wheelbase not only adds a touch of elegance but also provides substantial space for the Ergo Motion Seats and a personalized entertainment experience with a 27-inch OLED display.
Genesis Magma Program: A New Chapter in China
With the launch of the G80 EV Magma Concept, Genesis introduces its Magma program to China, emphasizing a shift towards high-performance vehicles. This program aims to blend performance with luxury, creating a high-performance variant for each model in Genesis’ lineup. The G80 EV Magma Concept’s Athletic Design
The G80 EV Magma Concept elevates the aesthetic and performance levels of the Electrified G80. It features a redesigned front grille and a body that includes wider fenders and a new rear bumper, giving it a commanding road presence. Performance enhancements such as an advanced suspension system and large, ventilated brakes contribute to an exhilarating driving experience. The interior combines Alcantara, quilted leather, and carbon fiber, highlighting luxury and sportiness.
