Hyundai has unveiled the INSTER Cross, a versatile new variant of its all-electric INSTER model, designed for customers seeking a more outdoor-focused look. Featuring unique bumpers, skid plates, alloy wheels, and roof racks, the INSTER Cross offers practicality with an adventurous aesthetic. Production of the model is set to begin later this year in Korea.

Hyundai’s INSTER Cross builds on the roomy interior and flexibility of the base INSTER model. Its outdoor-inspired elements include wide, rectangular front and rear bumpers, skid plates, and black embossed claddings, emphasizing its adventurous design. The model is offered in an exclusive Amazonas Green Matte color, along with five other options available for the base INSTER, some of which are available with a black two-tone roof.

The interior of INSTER Cross features a special color and trim combination with lime-yellow accents to enhance its unique design. As with the base model, INSTER Cross includes high-end features like a 359-kilometer range and fast charging from 10% to 80% in around 30 minutes, demonstrating Hyundai’s focus on performance and convenience.

The crossover comes equipped with a segment-leading Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) package, including Highway Driving Assist 1.5, Smart Cruise Control, and Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 1.5. The interior also offers a high level of versatility, featuring foldable seats, walk-through front row access, and split second-row seats that slide and recline.

Production is expected to start later this year at Hyundai’s manufacturing facility in Korea, marking another step forward in Hyundai’s commitment to delivering innovative electric mobility solutions.
