Autel Energy Europe and Orange Charging have announced the installation of Europe’s first MaxiCharger DH480 at Groen Goud Biervliet in the Netherlands. This milestone highlights both companies’ commitment to advancing electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and accelerating the transition to sustainable energy. The installation features cutting-edge technology aimed at addressing growing demand for high-speed EV charging solutions.

The MaxiCharger DH480 leverages Intelligent Matrix technology, a design that allows the Power Module to distribute load efficiently across multiple modules. This approach enhances reliability and ensures optimal performance, making it a standout in the competitive EV charging landscape.
Jasper Boogert, Managing Director at Orange Charging, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “This installation not only strengthens our commitment to providing fast and reliable charging solutions for EV drivers, but it also sets a new benchmark for what’s possible in ultra-fast charging technology today.” He also shared plans for additional MaxiCharger DH480 installations in the near future.
Located at Groen Goud Biervliet, the station is well-positioned to serve EV drivers traveling along major routes in the Netherlands. During the ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 7, 2025, Cai Ting, CEO of Autel Energy Europe, highlighted the importance of this collaboration, noting, “This milestone is not only a significant achievement for Autel but also a step forward for the entire European EV ecosystem.”
