OMODA 7 SHS-P Noble Tech Adds Remote Parking From £35,505 OTR

OMODA UK has added a Noble Tech grade to the OMODA 7 SHS-P plug-in hybrid line-up from £35,505 OTR, introducing Remote Parking Assistance and a 15.6-inch sliding infotainment screen. UK deliveries start late June 2026.

OMODA UK has added a top-grade Noble Tech variant to the OMODA 7 SHS-P plug-in hybrid line-up, priced from £35,505 OTR — a £500 step over the existing Noble grade. The trim introduces Remote Parking Assistance (RPA) and a 15.6-inch sliding infotainment screen, both firsts for the brand in the UK market. First customer deliveries are scheduled for the end of June 2026 through the brand’s nationwide retailer network, according to OMODA UK. The Noble Tech sits at the top of a three-grade OMODA 7 SHS-P range that also includes Knight from £32,005 OTR and Noble from £35,005 OTR.

Highlights

  • Noble Tech is priced from £35,505 OTR, a £500 upgrade over the Noble grade and roughly £5,540 above the entry petrol OMODA 7 at £29,965 OTR.
  • Remote Parking Assistance lets the driver execute parallel, perpendicular and angled manoeuvres from outside the vehicle via the key remote — a first for OMODA&JAECOO in the UK.
  • The 15.6-inch, 12.7mm-thick sliding screen moves across the dashboard to sit directly in front of the passenger, with 2.5K resolution and access to media, climate and navigation controls.
  • Deliveries begin late June 2026 through OMODA&JAECOO’s 131-strong UK dealer network, supported by a 7-year/100,000-mile warranty and 8-year battery warranty.

Remote Parking and Sliding Screen Lead the Feature Set

The Noble Tech grade is built around two headline additions over the existing Noble specification. Remote Parking Assistance allows the driver to step out of the vehicle and control parking inputs from the key remote, with the system supporting parallel, perpendicular and angled bays. OMODA UK said the feature is aimed at tight or complex spaces where in-cabin manoeuvring is constrained.

The second addition is a 15.6-inch sliding infotainment display, measuring 12.7mm in depth, that moves across the dashboard from a central position to sit directly in front of the front passenger. The display carries a 2.5K resolution and supports media, climate and navigation controls. OMODA UK described it as a way to extend the cabin experience to the passenger seat without rearranging the driver’s interface.

Inherited Noble-grade content carries over, including a 12-speaker SONY audio system, six-way electrically adjustable front seats with heating and ventilation, a 1.45-metre panoramic sunroof, 20-inch alloy wheels and an air fragrance system with three scents and adjustable intensity.

Powertrain Carries Over From Existing SHS-P Grades

The Noble Tech uses the same Super Hybrid System plug-in hybrid powertrain that debuted in the OMODA 7 SHS-P earlier this year. The proprietary system from parent Chery International pairs a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine with an 18.3 kWh battery for a combined 204 PS and 365 Nm of torque, with a manufacturer-cited 0-62 mph time of 8.4 seconds.

OMODA reports a WLTP-rated combined range above 700 miles and up to 56 miles of pure-electric driving, with CO₂ emissions of 23 g/km. WLTP figures generally exceed equivalent EPA ratings and are not directly comparable to North American cycles. For UK readers comparing PHEV electric range, the OMODA 7 SHS-P’s 56-mile WLTP figure sits ahead of the Kia Sportage PHEV’s 43-mile WLTP rating, as noted in prior coverage of the SHS-P launch.

A Tightly Stepped Price Ladder

With Noble Tech added, the OMODA 7 range now spans four UK price points: petrol at £29,965 OTR, SHS-P Knight at £32,005 OTR, SHS-P Noble at £35,005 OTR and SHS-P Noble Tech at £35,505 OTR. The £500 step from Noble to Noble Tech is the narrowest interval in the line-up — roughly 1.4% — and is the structural signal in this announcement: OMODA UK is pricing RPA and the sliding screen as a low-friction upgrade rather than a separate top tier.

At the day’s mid-market rate, £35,505 converts to approximately $48,040 USD, though OMODA does not currently sell the OMODA 7 in North America.

UK Sales Momentum

OMODA UK said the new grade arrives during a period of growth for the dual-brand house. The company reported combined OMODA and JAECOO UK registrations of 7,152 units in April 2026, with OMODA accounting for 3,275 of those and a 2.19% market share, and combined year-to-date registrations of 35,113. OMODA UK attributed the figures to SMMT data. The wider OMODA UK model range now covers petrol, full hybrid, plug-in hybrid and battery-electric powertrains.

Victor Zhang, Managing Director of OMODA UK, said: “The introduction of the OMODA 7 SHS-P Noble Tech represents a considered step forward in how we bring advanced technology into everyday driving. This isn’t just an incremental update; it is a carefully curated suite of innovations designed to assist daily driving. By integrating intelligent systems such as RPA alongside a more flexible and immersive cabin experience, we are focused on making innovation intuitive, accessible and genuinely useful for our customers. This new grade is a testament to our philosophy that advanced technology should serve the human experience, making the most complex manoeuvres feel entirely natural.”

Zhang added: “Beyond the driver’s seat, the cabin experience is equally important. With features such as the sliding screen, premium audio and enhanced comfort technologies, the Noble Tech creates a space that adapts to both driver and passenger, whether that is during a short daily journey or a longer time on the road.”

All OMODA 7 models carry a 7-year/100,000-mile vehicle warranty, an 8-year battery warranty on SHS variants and RAC Home Start for the warranty term, subject to network servicing.
