Pebble has begun customer deliveries of the Pebble Flow Magic Pack, the second trim in its all-electric travel trailer lineup, as the California startup ramps volume production at its Fremont facility. The Magic Pack starts at $139,500 and joins the Founders Edition trim that has shipped to customers since summer 2025. Production has scaled from roughly one unit every two months to 45 units in a comparable window, according to CEO Bingrui Yang.
Highlights
- Magic Pack pricing starts at $139,500, positioned below the $175,000 Founders Edition trim
- Production throughput has reached 45 units in the time previously needed to build one
- Standard equipment includes a 45 kWh LFP battery, dual-motor powertrain, and Auto Dump waste system
- Deliveries are assembled at Pebble’s 60,000-square-foot Fremont, California headquarters
Magic Pack Standard Equipment
The Magic Pack carries over the dual-motor powertrain that defines the Founders Edition, including Active Tow Assist, Magic Hitch, and Easy Tow functionality. The 45 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack supports up to seven days of off-grid use when paired with the trailer’s solar input, a capability Pebble has emphasized since production began in spring 2025.
Standard features also include Auto Dump for touchless waste handling, powered corner stabilizers, interior privacy smart glass, a quiet HVAC system, a premium mattress, a mobile charging kit, and full-coverage bug screens.
Optional Upgrades
Buyers can configure the Magic Pack with additional equipment beyond the base specification. Available add-ons include integrated rooftop solar, all-terrain levelers, a powered awning, and exterior smart glass. The configuration approach mirrors the order structure Pebble opened for the Magic Pack in late 2025, which allowed reservation holders to lock in trim and option selections ahead of production allocation.
Production Scaling in Fremont
Each Pebble Flow is assembled at the company’s Fremont facility. To mark the Magic Pack ramp, Pebble hosted Fremont Mayor Raj Salwan, former Mayor Lily Mei, and city planning committee member Ben Yee for a tour of the production line. Visitors observed Pebble Flow units moving through assembly and met a customer taking delivery of a Magic Pack on-site the same day.
Yang framed the throughput improvement as a function of process maturation rather than a single technology change.
“Several months ago, it took us a couple of months to manufacture a single vehicle. Now we can produce 45 units in less time than it used to take us to produce one. That kind of progress comes from a team obsessed with getting better every day. The technology that powers Pebble Flow isn’t a feature; it’s the foundation.”
— Bingrui Yang, CEO and Founder, Pebble
Pebble said it will continue scaling production of both trims through 2026, with delivery slots for new Magic Pack orders targeted for summer.
