RBW EV Cars, the UK’s sole EV manufacturer of new, hand-crafted British classic sports cars, has announced a significant £10 million investment from San Francisco Bay Area-based Meson Capital Partners. This funding will be used to enhance the company’s operations, manufacturing, sales, and marketing on a global scale. Following this investment, RBW has also secured several business partnerships to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities.

The recent venture capital funding has facilitated the completion of RBW’s new, state-of-the-art factory in Lichfield, England, now employing 42 staff members. The new factory will produce RBW’s Roadsters and, later this year, the GT model, both hand-built by a team of specialized craftsmen. Each vehicle features hand-tailored interiors customized for individual customers.

Currently, RBW offers its Roadster model, starting at $135,000 (USD). In late 2024, the company will debut its long-awaited GT model, with a starting price of $151,000 (USD).
