The company’s smart charging platform will oversee 2,500 charging stations across 136 Greystar properties, offering thousands of residents convenient and accessible EV charging solutions.

Expanding EV Infrastructure in Washington
With EV adoption surging across Washington State, accessible charging infrastructure is critical for multi-family residents who typically lack at-home charging options. Greystar’s large-scale deployment is a significant step toward advancing transportation electrification.
