Verge Motorcycles has unveiled the next-generation Verge TS Pro at the 2025 EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, showcasing substantial engineering and design advancements for its flagship electric model.
Highlights
- New Donut Motor 2.0 delivers 1,000 Nm torque while being 50% lighter
- 20.2 kWh battery offers up to 217 miles of range and 35-minute fast charging
- Improved HMI displays, Bluetooth connectivity, and enhanced ergonomics
- Powered by Verge’s Starmatter digital platform with OTA updates and AI-based customization

Upgraded Powertrain and Performance
At the heart of the updated TS Pro is Verge’s patented Donut Motor 2.0, now 50% lighter yet maintaining the same output as before—1,000 Nm of torque and a 0–60 mph acceleration time of 3.5 seconds. The total vehicle weight is reduced to 507 lbs, improving stability, control, and efficiency.
A new 20.2 kWh battery extends the bike’s range to 217 miles. With optimized energy management and thermal efficiency, fast charging now completes in under 35 minutes, while a brief 15-minute stop adds around 60 miles of range. The TS Pro supports CCS charging in Europe and NACS in the U.S.
Enhanced Rider Interface and Connectivity
The Verge TS Pro introduces a redesigned human-machine interface (HMI) featuring larger, clearer displays and a more intuitive layout. Real-time information on performance, surroundings, and alerts is readily accessible. Enhanced Bluetooth connectivity and seamless data integration improve rider interaction and safety.
“The updated Verge TS Pro embodies our relentless pursuit of better performance, usability, and innovation,” said Tuomo Lehtimäki, CEO of Verge Motorcycles. “It’s lighter, smarter, and built for the future of electric mobility.”

Starmatter Platform Integration
The TS Pro’s software is powered by Starmatter, Verge’s proprietary digital ecosystem combining AI, sensors, and OTA capabilities. Launched in 2023, the platform enables automatic software updates, performance tuning, and personalized ride experiences without physical modifications.
Thanks to upgraded onboard hardware, the motorcycle remains future-ready, with new features deployable throughout its lifecycle via Starmatter’s desktop and mobile interfaces.
Refined Design and Ride Comfort
Based on extensive customer feedback, Verge refined the bike’s suspension, damping, and riding posture, adjusting the seat angle to 25 degrees for greater comfort and ergonomics. The U.S.-compliant version adds larger turn signals, lighting enhancements, and a foot brake to meet Department of Transportation standards.
“The engineering team’s dedication to challenging every assumption has resulted in a more capable and enjoyable ride,” added Krishna Kiran Mistry, VP of Engineering at Verge Motorcycles.
The next-generation Verge TS Pro is available for reservation now at vergemotorcycles.com, with U.S. test rides beginning in early 2026.
