Roady’s, known for its independent franchise model, chose XCharge NA to meet the rising demand for EV charging. This partnership offers tailored solutions for members, from small single-site owners to large multi-location operators. XCharge NA provides two main options: the Purchase and Operate Model, where owners buy equipment and keep all charging revenue, and the Turnkey Development Solution, a full-service package handling everything from installation to maintenance.
John Fechik, a consultant for Roady’s, said, “Our members are often small business owners. XCharge NA’s user-friendly chargers help them draw in new customers and boost income, even in tough economic times.” Members will use products like the GridLink charger, which bolsters grid reliability, and a new Virtual Point of Sale system with Stripe, Inc.
Aatish Patel, XCharge NA’s co-founder, added, “With EV use growing, we’re building infrastructure that aids small businesses and reinforces the grid. Partnerships like this meet drivers’ needs while tackling grid challenges.”
As EVs gain popularity, accessible charging is vital. This collaboration not only supports cleaner travel but also fortifies North America’s energy network.
