2024 Subaru Solterra: Enhanced, Affordable Electric SUV

Subaru of America, Inc. recently announced the launch of the upgraded 2024 Subaru Solterra. This all-electric SUV maintains its price from the previous year at a starting MSRP of $44,995, despite numerous enhancements in comfort, safety, and versatility.

The Solterra, available in Premium, Limited, and Touring trim levels, boasts a range of impressive features. Notably, the vehicle can charge its high-capacity lithium-ion battery from 10% to 80% in just 35 minutes. This is a significant improvement over its predecessor, thanks to a more efficient battery conditioning system. The charging process is further expedited in colder temperatures, reducing charging time by up to 80 minutes in certain conditions.

Subaru’s signature Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive is standard across all models, offering superior stability and an exceptional 8.3 inches of ground clearance, a leading feature in the small electric SUV category. The Solterra also includes Dual-Function X-MODE® with various modes for improved traction in challenging conditions and standard Active Cornering Assist and Vehicle Stability Control for enhanced handling.

The Limited variant, priced at $48,495, offers a 12.3-inch touchscreen, a Harman Kardon® audio system, and 20-inch wheels. The top-tier Touring model, starting at $51,995, adds luxury touches like a panoramic glass moonroof and ventilated front seats.
