Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Adds Night Trim, FWD Models

Hyundai expands the 2026 Tucson Hybrid lineup with a blacked-out Night AWD trim starting at $44,175 and two new front-wheel-drive SE and SEL models priced from $30,950.

The 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Night AWD starts at $44,175 including destination, arriving alongside two new front-wheel-drive trims that lower the hybrid SUV’s entry price to $30,950. Hyundai Motor America announced the expansion of its 2026 Tucson Hybrid lineup, adding the blacked-out Night trim at the top of the range and new SE and SEL front-wheel-drive models below it. The Night AWD builds on the Limited trim and is available at dealers now, according to the company.

What Does the Tucson Hybrid Night AWD Add?

The Night AWD is a blackout-themed treatment applied to the Tucson Hybrid’s Limited trim. Exterior changes include:

  • Wheels: Gloss-black 19-inch alloy wheels with a silver Hyundai logo
  • Fascia: Gloss-black front and rear bumper fascia elements
  • Mirrors: Gloss-black mirror caps
  • Glass surround: Gloss-black window-surround trim

Inside, the trim adds a black headliner. The three available exterior colors are Ash Black, Creamy White Pearl, and Ecotronic Gray.

“We’re excited to add this Night trim to our Tucson lineup for buyers looking for a generously equipped Tucson Hybrid with an extra degree of differentiation,” said Ricky Lao, director, product planning, Hyundai Motor North America. “The Night trim’s blacked-out detailing brings an appealing element of shadowy sophistication to our best-selling SUV.”

Because it is based on the Limited trim, the Night AWD carries that model’s standard equipment, including leather-trimmed seating surfaces, onboard navigation, a 12-inch head-up display, Bose premium audio, a heated steering wheel, and wireless charging.

New Front-Wheel-Drive SE and SEL Trims

Alongside the Night trim, Hyundai is adding front-wheel-drive SE and SEL versions of the Tucson Hybrid, which the company positions as more affordable entry points into the hybrid range. Both use an eight-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC.

TrimTransmissionMSRP
Tucson Hybrid SE FWD8-Speed Automatic with SHIFTRONIC$30,950
Tucson Hybrid SEL FWD8-Speed Automatic with SHIFTRONIC$32,400

The MSRP figures above exclude the $1,600 freight charge on the 2026 model-year Tucson, along with tax, title, and license fees.
