Automobili Pininfarina has unveiled the Battista Novantacinque, a one-of-a-kind hyper GT created to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the iconic Italian design house, Pininfarina SpA. This bespoke model was presented at the MAUTO, the National Automobile Museum in Turin, Italy, where it was on public display from May 22-24.

Key Highlights:

  • The Novantacinque is a singular commission and the final bespoke Battista to be unveiled.
  • Production of the Battista line will conclude at the end of 2025.
  • The car celebrates 95 years of Pininfarina design heritage.
  • It features an Exposed Signature Carbon Tinted Rosso Gloss finish with PURA Vision Gold Paint Gloss and Nero Torino Gloss accents.
  • The interior boasts Black Leather and Black Alcantara Pilota seats with duotone stitching in Black and Gold.
  • The Battista is the most powerful car ever designed and built in Italy, with 1,900 hp and 2,340 Nm of torque.
  • It can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in under two seconds.

The Novantacinque is described as a tribute to Pininfarina’s past, present, and future, and is set to become an enduring icon and a coveted collector’s item. Its rarity is underscored by the fact that it is a singular commission and marks the end of Battista production, with only a limited number ever built. This final edition exemplifies Automobili Pininfarina’s “Dream Cars, Made Real” philosophy.

Paolo Dellachà, CEO of Automobili Pininfarina, stated, “The Battista Novantacinque represents the pinnacle of bespoke luxury and performance. It is a tribute to Pininfarina’s past, present, and future-a timeless masterpiece created to honour 95 years of design excellence.” He added that it is fitting for the Novantacinque to be the final expression of the Battista line.

The exterior design pays homage to Pininfarina’s heritage with its Exposed Signature Carbon Tinted Rosso Gloss finish, a color deeply rooted in Italian culture. This is complemented by a bespoke livery featuring PURA Vision Gold Paint Gloss and Nero Torino Gloss accents, highlighted by a distinctive gold pinstripe from the Furiosa Pack. The “Novantacinque” script is featured on the rear wing. Further exterior details include Iconico wheels in Precision Polished Colourless with Black Channel Matt detailing, black brake calipers, and brushed aluminum anodized accents.

Inside, the Battista Novantacinque offers a luxurious environment with Pilota seats upholstered in Black Leather and Black Alcantara, accented by duotone stitching in Black and Gold to mirror the exterior. The knee pads are finished in Black Alcantara and feature the ’95’ logo in Gold embroidery. The cabin also showcases Exposed Signature Carbon Satin and refined aluminum elements anodized in Gold and Black. Specially designed aluminum machined rotary controls, exclusive to this edition, provide a unique tactile interface.

The Battista is recognized as the most powerful car ever designed and built in Italy. It delivers 1,900 hp and 2,340 Nm of torque, enabling it to accelerate faster than a current Formula 1 race car in its 0-100 km/h sprint, achieving this in under two seconds. The Battista’s 120 kWh battery powers four electric motors, one at each wheel, and offers a combined WLTP range of up to 476 km (U.S. combined EPA: 300 miles) on a single charge. No more than 150 examples of the Battista will be individually hand-crafted at the atelier in Cambiano, Italy. Automobili Pininfarina emphasizes its bespoke approach, allowing for precise tailoring to individual client preferences, making each vehicle a unique, hand-crafted masterpiece.
