The BMW Group took the spotlight at Mondial de l’Auto Paris 2024, unveiling a series of new electric vehicles and advancements. With the debut of the all-electric MINI John Cooper Works models and the BMW Neue Klasse Vision Vehicles, the company reinforced its commitment to a sustainable and electrified future. The showcase also included new in-car entertainment options and advancements in hydrogen technology, highlighting BMW’s diverse approach to future mobility.

The Mondial de l’Auto Paris also marked the first joint appearance of the BMW Vision Neue Klasse and the BMW Vision Neue Klasse X, showcasing a clear, reduced design language and next-generation BMW iDrive technology. These vehicles represent the essence of BMW’s future vision, offering a new approach to both driver experience and vehicle aesthetics.
The new all-electric MINI John Cooper Works models, including the MINI JCW Electric and the MINI JCW Aceman, blend motorsport history with modern technology. The new BMW iX2 integrates in-car entertainment, including UNO® Car Party! and Paramount+, reflecting BMW’s dedication to delivering an engaging driving experience. These features are available via the AirConsole platform, offering access to games and streaming services.
Hydrogen technology also played a significant role in BMW’s presentation, as the company announced its first hydrogen-powered production model set to debut in 2028. Following the success of the BMW iX5 Hydrogen pilot fleet, this initiative underscores BMW’s open technology strategy, emphasizing hydrogen as a future energy solution for renewable energy storage and grid stability.
The BMW Group’s diverse range of offerings, including electric two-wheelers from BMW Motorrad, rounded off the Paris showcase. The Mondial de l’Auto Paris 2024 runs from October 14 to October 20, offering attendees a glimpse into the future of mobility.
