bp pulse has opened its first electric vehicle (EV) charging site in Massachusetts, located near Boston Logan Airport. The new Gigahub, which is open to the public, features 20 DC fast charging bays, providing a convenient and efficient charging solution for EV drivers.

The Boston Gigahub, located at 450 William F. McClellan Highway, is designed to meet the growing demand for EV charging infrastructure. Powered by Eversource, the site offers fast and reliable charging for all types of EV drivers, including travelers, rental car customers, and ride-hail drivers.
To celebrate the opening, bp pulse is offering a promotional rate of $0.36 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) for a limited time, making it an affordable option for EV users.

This launch is part of bp pulse’s collaboration with Hertz to establish Gigahubs near airports and other high-demand locations across the country. By expanding its network, bp pulse aims to support the increasing adoption of electric vehicles and contribute to a more sustainable transportation ecosystem.
Sean Tully, Electric Mobility Manager for Eversource, highlighted the importance of this development: “As more drivers embrace electric mobility, it is essential to build a robust, accessible charging network. This site supports Massachusetts’ clean transportation goals.”
