BYD has introduced two new trims—Active and Boost—to its eco-friendly DOLPHIN C-segment hatchback lineup in the UK. The move aims to make high-tech electric mobility more accessible, offering competitive pricing for both trims. - Battery: 44.9 kWh LFP Blade Battery, offering a range of 211 miles (Active) and 193 miles (Boost) (WLTP).

- Charging: Both models support DC fast charging, achieving 30-80% charge in just 28 minutes.

The BYD DOLPHIN’s new Active and Boost trims join the existing Comfort and Design models, offering UK consumers more choices in affordable, high-tech EVs. With its 44.9 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) Blade Battery, BYD ensures optimal performance, safety, and durability. The Blade Battery’s superior thermal stability and high power density make it a standout feature in the DOLPHIN, supporting the car’s advanced e-Platform 3.0 for enhanced system efficiency and intelligence.
In terms of dimensions, the DOLPHIN offers spacious interiors with a 2,700 mm wheelbase, ergonomic vegan leather seats, and over 20 storage spaces. For added convenience, the DOLPHIN features Vehicle to Load (VtoL) technology, allowing it to function as a mobile power station, ideal for outdoor activities like picnics or open-air events.
