Faraday Future Targets March 30 Start of Production for Flagship FF 91 Futurist

LOS ANGELES – Faraday Future has announced its plan to start production of its flagship FF 91 Futurist on March 30, 2023, at its Hanford, California manufacturing facility, assuming the timely receipt of funds from the Company’s investors. The California-based company expects the first FF 91 Futurist vehicles to roll off the assembly line in early April, with deliveries to its first users before the end of the same month, again, assuming the timely receipt of funds.

According to Chen Xuefeng (XF), the Global CEO of FF, the start of production of the FF 91 Futurist is set to be the company’s most historic moment since its establishment. XF expressed his gratitude to all those who have shown support throughout the journey. The company is confident in the necessary funding commitments, having received all the equipment needed to build the FF 91 Futurist in place while working with world-class equipment suppliers to achieve the April delivery date.

The company has also announced the “2023 Faraday Future Global Supplier Summit,” which is scheduled to take place during the last week of April. This will be an opportunity for global partners to witness the FF 91 Futurist’s production and delivery readiness and to share in the company’s achievements and goals. FF will announce new shared business initiatives, including the “FF Industrial Chain Strategic Alliance” and the “FF Supplier Par,” during the summit, demonstrating the achievements and benefits of FF’s intelligent electric mobility through industrial chain capital cooperation.

Faraday Future is completing its testing and validation of the FF 91 Futurist through the Product and Technology Generation 2.0 program (PT Gen 2.0). The PT Gen 2.0 program involves significant upgrades to the vehicle’s systems and core components, including the advanced core, which stands for Internet, Autonomous Driving, and Intelligence.

FF recommends that all stockholders as of January 31, 2023, submit proxies in favor of the proposal to increase the authorized shares of Faraday Future Class A common stock at the special stockholders’ meeting scheduled to take place on February 28, 2023, at 9:00 am PST.
