Garrett Motion Inc. and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. (SinoTruk) have signed a Letter of Intent to collaborate on the development of advanced electrified powertrain technology for commercial vehicles. The partnership aims to bring next-generation electric powertrains to SinoTruk’s product portfolio, with plans for mass production by 2027. This alliance will focus on creating efficient and easily integrated solutions for both light and heavy electric trucks, supporting the expansion of zero-emission technology in the commercial vehicle sector.
