Genesis has introduced the upgraded Electrified G80, raising the bar for luxury in the executive sedan category. This 2025 model year update brings a larger battery, greater range, and a suite of premium features aimed at enhancing comfort and convenience. Set to debut in the UK, this flagship all-electric vehicle reflects Genesis’ commitment to combining elegant design with cutting-edge technology.

The Electrified G80 showcases a sharpened exterior design, aligning with Genesis’ ‘Athletic Elegance’ philosophy. Its redesigned front bumper and signature Two Line headlights, now equipped with Micro-Lens Array (MLA) technology, offer a modern look and improved visibility. The charging port adds practical upgrades like heating and electric operation.
Inside, the sedan balances simplicity and sophistication, following the Korean ‘beauty of white space’ concept. The extended wheelbase provides an extra 130mm of space, enhancing rear-seat luxury, while a newly designed three-spoke steering wheel and extended leather elevate the cabin’s appeal.
Technology takes center stage with a 27” connected car integrated cockpit, merging driver and entertainment displays seamlessly. The Digital Key 2 introduces biometric access, and a UV-C sterilizer ensures a hygienic interior.
For audio, a 17-speaker Bang & Olufsen Audio system delivers an immersive experience, paired with noise cancellation. The optional 2nd Row Comfort Pack adds luxury touches like electric doors. Performance-wise, a 94.5 kWh battery powers the sedan to a 323-mile range, with fast charging capabilities.
As a flagship model, the Electrified G80 will be available to order in the UK starting Tuesday, June 3.
