Sales Growth and Consumer Demand
Olabisi Boyle, senior vice president of product planning and mobility strategy at Hyundai Motor North America, attributed the award to consumer-driven development. She said the automaker’s research pointed to demand for versatility, capability, roominess, and intuitive technology.
Santa Fe Hybrid U.S. total sales rose 86% year over year in 2025. That growth came during Hyundai’s third straight year of record total sales in the U.S. market.

The fifth-generation Santa Fe was developed under Hyundai’s “Open for More” concept. A long wheelbase supports a spacious interior with standard three-row seating. The hybrid powertrain is available in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations.
