Hyundai Motor Company has earned significant recognition at the 2025 Red Dot Award: Product Design competition, securing six prestigious awards for its innovative and forward-thinking product designs. The awards celebrate Hyundai’s commitment to its “Progress for Humanity” vision, showcasing a blend of aesthetic excellence, functionality, and cutting-edge technology across diverse products, from electric vehicles to safety tools.

- Six Award-Winning Products: The IONIQ 9, all-new Palisade, Smart Taxi Indicator, Global EV Home Charger, E-pit Ultra-Fast Charger, and Pixel Safety Hammer & Cutter were honored.

The IONIQ 9, a large electrified SUV, impressed with its sleek aerosthetic silhouette and spacious, lounge-like interior featuring calming tones and elliptical design elements. The all-new Palisade earned praise for its “Bold Premium” exterior and meticulously crafted interior, offering a grand yet practical living space. The Smart Taxi Indicator enhances safety and aesthetics by integrating taxi and operational status indicators into a single, roof-mounted unit.

Hyundai’s charging solutions also stood out. The Global EV Home Charger offers versatile design options, including wall-mounted and canopy-mounted versions, prioritizing user convenience. The E-pit Ultra-Fast Charger, designed for space-constrained urban environments, delivers efficient charging with a human-centered approach. Lastly, the Pixel Safety Hammer & Cutter was recognized for its intuitive design, enabling quick identification and use in emergencies, such as breaking windows or cutting seat belts.
