Hyundai’s new Metaplant America will produce the 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 5, an award-winning electric SUV, starting in Q4. This $7.59 billion investment will create 8,500 direct jobs in Georgia, boosting the local economy significantly.

- Sales Growth: Hyundai’s highest volume EV, the IONIQ 5, saw a 43% increase in sales in 2024, with an 82% spike in May alone.
- Incentives: For June, buyers of the 2024 IONIQ 5 can receive a $7,500 cash rebate, while lessees are eligible for the $7,500 federal tax credit.

Future Expansion: Additional Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia vehicles will be produced at the Metaplant, with further announcements expected.
