Envoy Technologies Inc., a Blink Charging Co. entity, has partnered with The Holland Group’s Orlo and Monticello properties in Santa Clara, as well as Beaudry in Downtown Los Angeles, to introduce Lucid Air electric vehicles (EVs) as part of their residential car-sharing program. This amenity allows residents to book Lucid Air EVs via Envoy’s mobile app, available on both Android and iOS devices, with flexible booking options by the minute, hour, or day. Additionally, on-site ground-level charging stations are available at no extra cost.
The Orlo property is located within Gateway Crossing, a significant technology hub in Santa Clara, while Monticello is close to the Bay Area’s Caltrain connector. Beaudry, in Downtown Los Angeles, offers residents access to popular destinations such as L.A. Live and Crypto.com Arena. These properties have embraced the luxurious, eco-friendly transportation option for their residents, offering it at affordable rates.
“We’re proud to be working with extraordinary, state-of-the-art residential properties such as Orlo, Monticello, and Beaudry,” said Envoy co-founder Aric Ohana. “These are future-focused communities going out of their way to make life easier for their residents. Our EV sharing platform offers a unique amenity for these residents that will further propel these communities into a future of convenience.”
Envoy’s collaboration with luxury properties marks the debut of Lucid Air EVs in its car-sharing network in both Silicon Valley and Downtown Los Angeles. The company currently operates across 23 states, including major metropolitan areas such as California, New York, and Florida. Envoy’s “Mobility as an Amenity” concept aims to provide sustainable transportation options while enhancing resident convenience.
Envoy, headquartered in Culver City, is a pioneer in electric car-sharing services, providing an all-electric fleet to enhance property amenities. Its services offer real estate owners an opportunity to implement a modern amenity that aligns with urban development goals, helps reduce parking demand, and promotes sustainable living.
The partnership with Blink Charging Co. further enhances the electric vehicle ecosystem by offering advanced charging solutions through the Blink Network, integrating charging stations at various property types including residential, commercial, and public locations nationwide.
