At the IAA Experience, Mercedes-Benz connects the city and exhibition center, offering hands-on opportunities to explore future mobility. A fleet of 30 electric and electrified models is ready for passenger rides, starting from the Mercedes-Benz Pavilion on Apothekenhof. Visitors can experience the MB-DRIVE ASSIST PRO system with point-to-point automated driving functions during co-drives in a specially prepared CLA.
Additionally, attendees have the chance to sit in the driver’s seat of an all-electric EQC or S-Class equipped with DRIVE PILOT, the world’s fastest system for conditionally automated driving. This supports speeds of up to 95 km/h in Germany, with Mercedes-Benz experts available to provide support and answer questions about these state-of-the-art automated driving systems.
The Summit at Munich’s exhibition center Messe München hosts an innovation forum on pioneering technologies in Hall B3. Trade visitors can examine the all-electric variants of the GLC and CLA Shooting Brake, as well as the CONCEPT AMG GT X, a high-performance, technology-packed vehicle. This showcase provides insights into the first series production model based on the high-performance AMG Electric Architecture (AMG.EA). Mercedes-Benz experts will offer in-depth discussions on the latest forward-thinking technologies.
Due to high interest in the all-new electric GLC premiere, Mercedes-Benz offers a livestream service on media.mercedes-benz.com for those unable to attend the pre-night event on September 7 in person. This allows global audiences to watch the unveiling live from home.
