Newsweek has revealed the honorees for its fourth annual World’s Greatest Auto Disruptors awards, celebrating the automotive industry’s most innovative leaders and companies. The awards spotlight visionaries driving advancements in artificial intelligence, electrification, sustainability, and engineering, shaping the future of mobility.

Newsweek Honors Top Auto Innovators

This year’s recipients represent groundbreaking achievements across the industry. Michael Schiebe, Chairman of Mercedes-AMG and Head of Mercedes-Benz G-Class and Maybach, is honored as Visionary Disruptor of the Year for steering luxury and performance into new realms. RJ Scaringe, Rivian’s Founder and CEO, earns Executive Disruptor of the Year for his leadership in electric adventure vehicles. Volvo Cars secures Design Disruptor of the Year, while Mercedes-Benz’s Electric G-Class project wins Research & Development Disruptor of the Year. Other standout winners include Porsche (Powertrain), Ford (Marketing), Kia (Sustainability), Bentley Motors (Community), and Mercedes-Benz’s Future Technologies Team (Technology). The Legacy of Disruption Award goes to Tadge Juechter of Chevrolet.
