In Tokyo, Oliver Rowland clinched a victory that vaulted him to the top of the Drivers’ Standings and restored Nissan’s lead in the Teams’ Championship. Now, the focus shifts to Shanghai, where Rowland, who placed fourth in last year’s opener, is eager to score big. “The Tokyo win was incredible, but we’re already looking ahead to Shanghai,” he said. “The Pit Boost races suit us, and I’m targeting strong points to widen our lead.”

Norman Nato, who podiumed in Shanghai last year, is equally confident. “I loved racing here last season,” he noted. “With Pit Boost and four-wheel drive Attack Mode, it’ll be a fresh challenge, but we’re ready.” The Shanghai International Circuit, with its 12 corners and key overtaking zones at Turns 6 and 10, demands precision—especially at the tricky first corner.

Team principal Tommaso Volpe highlighted their adaptability. “Leading all three championships after Tokyo is a testament to our hard work,” he said. “The resurfaced track and weather are unknowns, but our goal is clear: reinforce our position.”

With podiums in Tokyo, Jeddah, and Monaco, Nissan excels in Pit Boost formats. As the season progresses, every point counts, and the team is determined to shine in Shanghai.
