Peugeot has unveiled its latest fully electric model, the Peugeot E-408, marking a significant step in its EV strategy. The E-408 combines a sleek fastback design with a powerful 157 kW/210 hp electric motor and a range of up to 453 km. Built on Peugeot’s Efficient Modular Platform, the new E-408 offers a dynamic driving experience and an 8-year/160,000 km warranty through the Allure Care program. The vehicle also features innovative technologies, including the Peugeot i-Cockpit®, designed for enhanced driving pleasure.

Peugeot Expands EV Line-Up with E-408

Peugeot introduced the 408 model in June 2022, featuring a distinctive fastback design. With the launch of the new E-408, Peugeot continues its commitment to electrification. The E-408, built at the Mulhouse plant, will be available for order starting October 2, 2024, and reinforces Peugeot’s position in the European electric vehicle market.

The E-408 is designed for performance, featuring a 157 kW (210 hp) synchronous electric motor with a 58.2 kWh NMC battery. The efficient architecture of the vehicle ensures optimal cabin space, dynamic road behavior, and an overall enjoyable driving experience. Its dynamic fastback styling and slightly elevated driving position provide an engaging blend of sportiness and comfort.

The Peugeot i-Cockpit® enhances the driving experience with an ergonomic design, a compact steering wheel, and a 10-inch high-definition central screen that controls the Peugeot i-Connect® Advanced system. The E-408 offers advanced connectivity with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and Bluetooth for two phones simultaneously. The integrated trip planner optimizes routes to maximize range and simplify charging.
