Polestar, the Swedish premium electric performance car brand, has announced the pricing and specifications for its rear-wheel drive Long range Single motor (LRSM) Polestar 3. The vehicle will start at $67,500 and offers an EPA-certified range of up to 350 miles. Built in South Carolina, alongside the Long range Dual motor (LRDM) version, the LRSM Polestar 3 is now available for configuration and order on Polestar.com, with U.S. deliveries expected in the first quarter of 2025.

The LRSM Polestar 3 represents a significant expansion for the brand, providing a new entry-level price point while offering substantial electric range. The LRSM Polestar 3 comes with a 111 kWh battery that supports up to 250 kW DC Fast Charging capability, making long-distance travel more convenient for drivers. Built to provide a premium electric SUV experience, the model comes standard with the Pilot Pack, which includes features such as Pilot Assist, Lane Change Assist, and a 360-degree camera with 3D view. These standard features help ensure both safety and ease of driving.
Polestar continues to deliver on its promise to provide premium electric vehicles that are both high-performing and sustainable. Alongside the Long range Dual motor Polestar 3, the LRSM version is set to further expand the brand’s footprint in the electric SUV market. Customer deliveries of the U.S.-built Polestar 3 LRDM are already underway, and interest is expected to accelerate as the new LRSM variant hits the market in early 2025.
