Porsche has expanded its exclusive Charging Lounge network with a new location in Hamburg-Rahlstedt, offering ultra-fast charging up to 400 kW. The lounge, which follows Porsche’s signature design, introduces a modular concept that allows for quicker setup and adaptation to different locations. Situated near the A1 motorway, this facility is ideal for both local drivers and travelers heading to the Baltic Sea.

- Sustainability-focused design features materials like steel, wood, and stone, powered in part by solar energy and a heat pump.
- Easy access via the My Porsche app, Porsche ID, license plate recognition, or a QR code.
A Charging Lounge Designed for Comfort and Sustainability
Porsche partnered with Studio F.A. Porsche to develop a modular charging lounge concept, making the Hamburg location the first to implement this new approach. This modular structure reduces the need for concrete and incorporates sustainable materials such as steel, stainless steel, wood, and stone. The facility is powered partly by solar panels and optimized with a smart energy management system to reduce power consumption when unoccupied.
Seamless Charging with Porsche’s Digital Ecosystem
Accessing the Porsche Charging Lounge is seamless via Porsche Communication Management (PCM) and the My Porsche app. Customers can link their license plate to their Porsche ID for automatic barrier entry or use a Porsche Charging Card or QR code. Billing is handled centrally through Porsche Charging Service, with the option for ad-hoc payments.
With this latest addition, Porsche continues to expand its premium EV charging network, ensuring high-speed charging, luxury amenities, and sustainable solutions for Porsche owners.
