Renault has once again captured attention at the 2025 Roland-Garros French Open, held from May 19 to June 8, by debuting the Renault 4 Savane 4×4 Concept. As a premium partner for the fourth consecutive year, Renault showcases this stylish, all-terrain show car alongside the Renault 5 Turbo 3E and the Renault 5 E-Tech electric Roland-Garros special series. The event also highlights Renault’s commitment to sustainable mobility with an 87% electrified fleet and social initiatives like “Give Me 5.”
Key Highlights:
- Renault 4 Savane 4×4 Concept features all-wheel drive with a second electric motor, 15 mm higher ground clearance, and wider tracks for rugged terrains.
- Renault 5 Turbo 3E, an electric mini-supercar with 555 hp, makes its public debut with over 500 pre-orders.
- Renault 5 E-Tech Roland-Garros special series offers a 250-mile range and tennis-inspired design.
- Renault provides 187 electrified vehicles, including Scenic E-Tech electric and Rafale full hybrid, for tournament transport.
- Two autonomous electric shuttles will serve spectators, trialed in partnership with WeRide.
- “La Lignée” and “Give Me 5” initiatives, backed by ambassadors like Ugo Humbert, promote youth sports access.
The Renault 4 Savane 4×4 Concept reimagines the adventurous spirit of the 1960s Renault 4 Savane. Designed for “gentlemen explorers,” it boasts a Jade Green body, gloss black accents, and a pixel-patterned fabric roof. Its interior features Deep Brown textile seats with quilted number 4 patterns and a backlit 4Savane logo. The vehicle’s all-wheel-drive system, powered by a second electric motor, ensures agility on mud, snow, or off-road paths, showcasing the AmpR Small platform’s versatility.
Meanwhile, the Renault 5 Turbo 3E dazzles with its 800V architecture and vibrant livery, echoing the 1982 Tour of Corsica winner. Priced at €160,000, it has attracted significant interest. The Renault 5 E-Tech Roland-Garros edition, with its clay-colored accents and recycled textile upholstery, pays homage to the tournament’s heritage.

Renault’s 187-vehicle fleet, primarily Scenic E-Tech electric and Rafale full hybrid, underscores its eco-friendly commitment. The autonomous shuttles enhance spectator mobility, while “Give Me 5,” supported by tennis stars like Ugo Humbert and Casper Ruud, renovates courts for underprivileged youth, blending sport and social impact.
Renault’s presence at Roland-Garros 2025 merges innovation, style, and sustainability, cementing its role as a leader in modern mobility.
