Renault’s Twingo E-Tech Electric will make its first public appearance at the Brussels Motor Show from January 9-18, 2026. The compact electric city car, revealed in November 2025, will be displayed alongside the automaker’s broader EV lineup including the Renault 4 E-Tech Electric, Renault 5 E-Tech Electric, and Renault 5 Turbo 3E.

Technical Specifications and Platform
The Twingo E-Tech Electric is built on Renault’s AmpR Small platform. The powertrain consists of a 60 kW (82 hp) electric motor paired with a 27.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery.
Renault rates the vehicle at 263 km of range under the WLTP test cycle. Interior packaging includes independent sliding rear seats and up to 360 liters of cargo capacity.
Twingomania Mobility Collection
Renault is presenting six electric mobility products developed by European startups as part of its “Twingomania” program at Brussels. Each product features design elements inspired by the Twingo E-Tech Electric.
The collection includes:
- Twingo Elwing – Electric skateboard weighing 6.9 kg with 25 km/h top speed and 90-minute charge time
- Twingo Mo-Jet – Electric bodyboard delivering 100 kg of thrust and 55 km/h top speed with 45-minute charging to 95%
- Twingo Kahe – Multi-function electric marine motor at 4.9 kg, offering 8 km/h speed and up to 8 hours of autonomy
- Pamela – Electric urban bike with 522 Wh battery, 25 km/h top speed, and 70 km range
- Vässla – Electric urban scooter with 120 km range (dual battery) and 45 km/h top speed
- Twingo Vega – Electric motorcycle with 10 kW motor, 7 kWh battery, 140 km range, and 110 km/h top speed

2026 Event Schedule
Renault has outlined an extensive promotional calendar for the Twingo E-Tech Electric throughout 2026.
The vehicle will be featured at le défilé Renault – the Carwalk on the Champs-Elysées in Paris for the Twingo Expo exhibition running through September. The Twingo Festival, a four-day music event, is scheduled for June 18-21 at the same venue.
International press driving events will take place in spring 2026. The vehicle will also appear at the Roland-Garros French Open from May 18 through June 7, where Renault serves as a premium partner for the fifth consecutive year.
