Suzuki Extends ‘Granted’ EV Support Through Q1 2026

Suzuki extends its self-funded £3,750 EV grant and 2.9% APR financing through March 2026, while introducing 0% financing options for the Swift Hybrid range.

Suzuki has extended its “Suzuki Granted” initiative through March 2026, providing substantial self-funded subsidies to retail customers purchasing the e VITARA. The automaker aims to stimulate electric vehicle adoption by matching previous government grant levels with a £3,750 saving on every e VITARA model. This financial support runs alongside competitive financing rates for the Swift, Vitara, and S-Cross hybrid ranges.

Highlights

  • Suzuki Granted: Retail customers receive a £3,750 saving on all e VITARA models, maintaining the 49kWh Motion price at £26,249.
  • EV Financing: The e VITARA incentives include a 2.9% APR PCP offer and a complimentary Ohme home charger.
  • Hybrid Incentives: The Swift range features 0% APR PCP over four years, available with a zero-deposit option.
  • Extended Warranty: Coverage now spans up to 10 years for the vehicle range, including 10-year battery coverage for the e VITARA.

Electric Vehicle Subsidies and Infrastructure

Suzuki continues its self-funded “Suzuki Granted” program to support retail customers transitioning to electric mobility. This initiative applies a £3,750 reduction across the entire five-model e VITARA lineup, effectively replacing the discontinued Government Electric Car Grant. Under this pricing structure, the 49kWh Motion model remains priced at £26,249 through the first quarter of 2026.

To further incentivize adoption, the automaker pairs this discount with a 2.9% APR Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) plan. For example, a 61kWh Motion 2WD requires a £5,599 deposit followed by 48 monthly payments of £299, plus the final payment to retain the vehicle. Retail customers ordering during this period also receive a free Ohme home charger.

Hybrid Range Pricing and Transmission Options

Beyond the EV sector, Suzuki has implemented aggressive financing for the Swift range, offering a 0% APR PCP arrangement over four years. Customers can acquire a Swift Hybrid with no minimum deposit, though a £1,494 deposit on the 1.2-litre Hybrid Motion secures monthly payments of £199.

The automaker also extended savings to the SUV segment, pricing the Vitara 1.4 Boosterjet Hybrid Motion at £21,999 and the S-Cross 1.4 Boosterjet Motion at £23,999. To broaden mechanical options, Suzuki recently introduced an optional six-speed fully automatic transmission for both 2WD and ALLGRIP 4WD variants of these hybrid models.

Technology and Long-Term Assurance

The e VITARA remains one of only two brands in the SUV EV sector to offer a 4×4 drivetrain option via the ALLGRIP-e system. Developed specifically for the electric platform, this system leverages the company’s 55-year history with four-wheel-drive engineering.

David Kateley, Director Automobile, emphasizes that these offers support the brand’s vision of efficiency and trust. This commitment is backed by a warranty spanning up to 10 years across the range, including specific 10-year coverage for the e VITARA EV battery.
