Mazda has officially released pricing and packaging details for the 2025 CX-70, a mid-size, two-row crossover SUV. Designed with North American consumers in mind, the CX-70 merges Mazda’s signature driving dynamics with enhanced cargo space and a sophisticated design.

The lineup includes the 3.3 Turbo at $40,445, the 3.3 Turbo S starting from $52,450, and the PHEV model priced at $54,400. Highlighting its commitment to eco-friendly driving solutions, Mazda introduces Qmerit as its preferred partner for home electric vehicle charger installations.

Aimed at delivering an expansive, comfortable driving experience, the CX-70 is offered in seven tailored packages. It features three electrified powertrain options: the e-Skyactiv G 3.3L Inline 6 Turbo with a 48-volt M-Hybrid Boost and the e-Skyactiv PHEV. Each is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and comes with standard i-Activ all-wheel drive.

Key technological advancements include Kinematic Posture Control (KPC) and Mazda Intelligent Drive Select (Mi-Drive), offering customized driving modes such as Sport, Off-Road, Towing, or EV. The CX-70 also prioritizes utility and comfort with features like remote-folding rear seats and a well-designed cargo area equipped with a sub-trunk for discreet storage.

Alexa Built-in is standard across the CX-70 range, facilitating voice-controlled adjustments and smart home device management to minimize driver distraction.

In terms of aesthetics, the CX-70 offers a fresh color palette, including the new Melting Copper Metallic, alongside interior options that reflect luxury and innovation, such as a tan with two-tone accents and a special red interior option inspired by Mazda’s centenary MX-5 sports car.

The CX-70 PHEV Premium stands out with its powerful hybrid powertrain, delivering 323 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, and achieving up to 26 miles on electric power alone. This model is well-appointed with 21-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, and a premium Bose sound system.

For those seeking additional luxury, the PHEV Premium Plus adds Nappa leather, ventilated seats, and a suite of advanced safety features, including a comprehensive set of i-Activsense2 technologies, ensuring both driver and passengers are protected.

With a focus on hybrid technology, the 2025 Mazda CX-70 is set to offer a blend of performance, comfort, and eco-conscious driving, catering to the diverse needs of today’s automotive market.
