Unplugged Performance Expands Cybertruck Upgrade Package Lineup

Unplugged Performance has expanded its UP INVINCIBLE® Cybertruck upgrade package lineup, covering suspension, armor, wheels, lighting, and full expedition builds, timed to Tesla's lower-cost coil-sprung AWD trim.

Unplugged Performance has expanded its UP INVINCIBLE® lineup of Tesla Cybertruck upgrade packages covering suspension, exterior armor, wheels and tires, lighting, and full expedition builds. The Hawthorne, California aftermarket specialist positioned the expansion around Tesla’s lower-cost Cybertruck trim, which arrived earlier this year with a coil-spring rear suspension in place of the air system on higher-tier variants. The company says the modular approach gives owners a defined upgrade path after delivery rather than committing to a single high-spec configuration up front.

Highlights

  • UP Forged wheel and tire packages span 20-, 22-, and 24-inch fitments, with sets of four starting at $3,195.
  • Heavy-Duty exterior armor packages, including the Heavy-Duty Base Protection Kit and Utility and Protection Package, start at $10,875.
  • The Pursuit suspension program runs in three stages, with Stage 1 starting at $900 and adding an adjustable rear sway bar and brake pads.
  • Lighting kits are designed to integrate with the Cybertruck’s 48V electrical architecture.

A Modular Approach to the New Cybertruck Buyer

The base AWD Cybertruck arrived without the adaptive air suspension found on Premium AWD and Cyberbeast trims, substituting a coil-sprung setup with adaptive damping. Unplugged Performance frames its package lineup as a way for owners of the lower-priced trim to add capability over time — daily-driver, off-road, overlanding, utility, or full expedition — without paying upfront for features they may not use. The company describes its components as bolt-on, reversible, and engineered to retain Tesla’s factory cameras, sensors, and user interface.

The expansion follows earlier component launches that included the CYBRSHOCKS rear secondary shock kit and the CYBRSPOKE 24-inch forged wheel.

The Expedition Package

For owners seeking a single curated build, the UP INVINCIBLE® Expedition Package combines protection, lighting, storage, and access into one configuration. The package bundles a front bumper, bull bar, carbon fiber hood system, underbody armor, heavy-duty rock sliders, a rear bumper with integrated side steps, rear swing arms with MOLLE panels, a side sail MOLLE rack set, a heavy-duty roof rack, and a 50-inch double-row high-output LED light bar. Unplugged Performance reports all components are bolt-on, reversible, and compatible with the factory sensor suite.

Wheels and Tires by Use Case

UP Forged wheel and tire packages are offered across three diameter classes:

  • Off-road and overlanding: The UP-03 Beadlock wheel and tire package is engineered for trail use.
  • Street and daily: The CYBRHEX (22-inch or 24-inch), CYBRSPOKE, and CYBRNOVA packages target on-road use with forged construction.
  • Efficiency-focused: The UP Forged UP-RW and UP.FIT Forged PD packages pair the wheels with range-conscious tire specifications for daily commuting.

Wheel and tire sets start at $3,195.

Exterior Armor and Lighting

The UP INVINCIBLE® heavy-duty armor line replaces factory bumpers, sliders, and underbody panels. Curated entry points include the Heavy-Duty Base Protection Kit and the Utility and Protection Package, starting at $10,875.

The Pretty F’n Bright lighting package bundles UP’s LED systems into one install. The setup is designed for the Cybertruck’s 48V electrical architecture and covers near-, mid-, and long-range illumination.

Pursuit Suspension: Three Stages

With the base trim using coil springs rather than air suspension, UP’s Pursuit Package series targets handling and chassis tuning across three tiers:

StageStarting PriceContents
Stage 1$900Three-way adjustable rear sway bar; performance street and off-road brake pads
Stage 2(from UP)Adds brake rotors and additional suspension tuning
Stage 3(from UP)Comprehensive chassis overhaul for hard on-road or off-road use

Stage 2 and Stage 3 pricing was not disclosed in the announcement.
