AC Future has revealed the final design of its flagship AI Transformable Home (Ai-TH), a groundbreaking zero-emissions smart home. Developed in collaboration with Southern California-based Hydra Design Labs, the Ai-TH addresses the global affordable and sustainable housing crisis by delivering an innovative, off-grid living solution. A functional prototype will debut at CES 2025, highlighting its advanced features and transformative capabilities.

The Ai-TH project, launched in early 2024, is AC Future’s first product designed to merge sustainability, mobility, and affordability. It aims to redefine the future of housing by integrating advanced AI technology with eco-conscious design. Hydra Design Labs played a pivotal role in bringing the concept to life, refining both its interior and exterior while ensuring optimal space utilization and efficiency.
“Design played a foundational role in developing the Ai-TH for AC Future, and optimizing the user experience guided every step of the process,” said Jon Hull, founder and CEO of Hydra Design Labs.
This month, AC Future and Hydra released updated renderings of the Ai-TH, showcasing enhancements to its design and technological features. The collaborative effort highlights a long process of transitioning from concept to a fully functional, AI-powered home.
