High-Performance Liquid-Cooled Modules

At the heart of the new platform are Autel’s proprietary MaxiModule LCM60/120 liquid-cooled power modules. Available in 60 kW and 120 kW configurations, these modules are engineered for high conversion efficiency, long-term stability, and sustained performance under demanding conditions. They deliver consistent thermal performance during continuous high-power use, providing significant business value to operators through a lower total cost of ownership, higher uptime, and future-ready scalability.

Scalable Cabinet Systems for Large Infrastructure

The new power modules are integrated into Autel’s MaxiCharger DS600L cabinet system, which is designed for scalability in large charging deployments. This system can achieve a total output capacity of up to 3 MW per cabinet cluster. To ensure operational continuity, the MaxiCharger DS600L features a backup architecture for critical components like power modules and control units, aiming for zero downtime.

The system supports flexible site configurations and is compatible with both CCS and MCS charging standards. It is also designed for seamless integration with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and photovoltaic (PV) systems, all managed through Autel’s Energy Management System (EMS). The DS600L can be paired with various dispensers, including the MaxiCharger DT1500 terminal, which supports outputs up to 1,500 A and 1.44 MW.

All-in-One Charger Upgrade

Autel has also advanced its all-in-one charger series with the MaxiCharger DH600. This model is an upgrade to the MaxiCharger DH480, retaining a compact footprint while delivering greatly enhanced performance. The MaxiCharger DH600 is equipped with liquid-cooled charging cables that support up to 650 A, enabling continuous high-power delivery of 600 kW with superior thermal performance. This guarantees reliable operation even under the most demanding charging scenarios.

MaxiCare Service and AI Integration

Alongside its hardware advancements, Autel emphasized its MaxiCare service capabilities and AI-driven features. These intelligent tools enable predictive maintenance, real-time network optimization, and an improved user experience. By allowing operators to manage their infrastructure proactively, these features help reduce downtime and create a smoother charging process for EV drivers. Autel is also exploring broader applications of AI to further enhance efficiency and support future innovations in the industry.
