Customers who pay in installments instead pay £27 per month (about $37) with no upfront fee. The appointment lands as Mercedes-Benz runs what it describes as the biggest product launch program in the company’s 140-year history.

How Customers Are Referred to Pod

Mercedes-Benz customers are referred to Pod through their chosen Mercedes-Benz Agent. Pod then manages the entire customer journey from consultation through to payment, installation and ongoing support. Every Pod Point home charger installed through the partnership comes with a five-year warranty.

Charging Tariff and Rewards

Once a charger is installed, Mercedes-Benz customers are able to charge overnight at a reduced rate through the Pod Power by EDF energy tariff. Installed customers can also enroll in the Pod Rewards program.
