Bentley Launches Recruitment Drive to Support EV Development

CREWE – Bentley Motors has announced a recruitment drive to create 200 new roles as the luxury car maker accelerates its Beyond100 strategy. The move is part of the company’s ambitious Five-in-Five plan, which will launch five new electric models by 2030. The new positions will help redefine Bentley’s credentials as a benchmark manufacturer in sustainable luxury mobility.

The new roles will be based at Bentley’s headquarters in Crewe and will cover multiple departments, with around 50% focused on electrical competencies. The company has also introduced hybrid working, which allows for a blend of onsite and remote working. Following a multi-million pound investment, Bentley has added collaboration zones to promote interaction and moved to hot desks and no individual offices to save space and encourage more impromptu discussion and teamwork.

We are looking for true innovators, who can create the new future of automotive, support our product ambitions and shape our Beyond100 vision as we aim for leadership within sustainable luxury mobility.”

The company is also committed to becoming an employer of choice, focusing on attracting a wide-range of talent, including problem solvers and digital innovators from all walks of life, on achieving greater diversity. This commitment was recently endorsed by the Top Employers Institute, which named Bentley as the sole UK-based automotive manufacturer ‘Top Employer’ for twelve successive years, highlighting Bentley’s approach to employee wellbeing, values, ethics, and integrity, alongside its focus on sustainability, digitalization and diversity, and inclusion.
