BYD UK Launches 138-Site Approved Repair Network

BYD UK has launched a 138-site Approved Repair network with Vizion Network, giving owners access to BYD-trained technicians, genuine parts, and manufacturer repair methods across the UK.

BYD UK has launched a nationwide Approved Repair network of 138 body repairers, developed in partnership with Vizion Network. Each site will use technicians trained in BYD repair processes, genuine BYD parts, and BYD-specified repair methods, and the network is live now. Owners can locate their nearest BYD Approved Repairer by entering a postal code into the network’s online search tool.

Highlights

  • 138 Approved Repairers across the UK, operated in partnership with Vizion Network
  • BYD-trained technicians and genuine BYD parts at every site
  • Network sits alongside a six-year warranty and up to four years of free roadside assistance
  • Live now, with a postal-code search tool for owners

Vizion Network Partnership

The Approved Repair program pairs BYD with Vizion Network, which the company describes as the UK’s largest repair network. According to BYD, the arrangement gives customers access to specialist repair expertise, genuine parts, and technicians trained in the automaker’s repair processes, with the stated aim of ensuring every vehicle is repaired to BYD’s standards.

The network is positioned as part of BYD’s broader ownership package in the UK, which the company says includes a six-year warranty, maintenance support, genuine spare parts, and free roadside assistance for up to four years. BYD says the repair network is intended to give owners confidence throughout the life of the vehicle.

The launch follows a period of rapid retail expansion for the brand, which passed 100,000 UK sales earlier this year on a network of 143 retail sites, having reached 125 dealership locations by the end of 2025.

What BYD UK Says About the Network

Bono Ge, Country Manager, BYD UK, said: “This is another important milestone for BYD. As more BYD vehicles take to UK roads, one of our key priorities is getting our customers’ damaged cars back on the road as quickly as possible.

“Customer confidence extends well beyond the moment a new vehicle is delivered. Our Approved Repair Network gives BYD owners access to repair specialists who understand our vehicles, our repair processes and the specific requirements of modern electric and DM-i vehicles. It is another important step in delivering a high-quality ownership experience.”

DM-i refers to BYD’s Dual Mode Intelligent plug-in hybrid system, which underpins its UK PHEV range alongside its battery-electric models.
