Fiat has launched the Topolino in the United States at a $13,995 MSRP (not including destination fee), marking Stellantis’ first entry into the US micromobility segment. Limited quantities of the 2026 Fiat Topolino and Topolino Dolcevita are available now through select dealers, giving the brand a fully electric low-speed vehicle aimed at neighborhood and lifestyle use. The launch is part of Stellantis’ FaSTLAne 2030 strategy, in which Fiat is positioned to expand customer choice with accessible, design-driven mobility.

A Low-Speed EV Built for Neighborhoods
The Topolino is a fully electric low-speed vehicle designed for use beyond crowded streets — coastal drives, resort communities, and private neighborhoods. Stellantis notes that most US golf cart owners buy those vehicles for purposes well beyond the golf course, reflecting broader demand for everyday micromobility solutions the current market has yet to fully address.
“Topolino represents a new chapter for the brand in the U.S. — defined not just by size, but by purpose,” said Olivier Francois, FIAT brand CEO. “With Topolino, we bring a feeling, a lifestyle, a reminder that mobility can be joyful, expressive and beautifully simple.”
Core specifications include:
- Battery: 5.4-kWh lithium-ion
- Range: Up to 46 miles
- Maximum speed: 19 mph
- Charging: Full charge in approximately five hours (2.3 kW AC)
- Dimensions: 4’7″ by 8’3″ by 5’1″
- Weight: 1,073 lbs (Topolino)
Can the Topolino Be Driven on Public Roads?
Not yet — but a path is coming. Topolino owners will be able to raise the maximum speed to 25 mph through installation of a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) conversion kit, expected by the end of summer 2026. An LSV is a federally regulated street-legal motor vehicle capable of speeds between 20 and 25 mph. Unlike standard golf carts restricted to the golf course, LSVs are legal on public roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less.
Two Body Styles
Both versions wear the Verde Vita exterior color, 14-inch wheels with vintage covers, LED lamps, hinged opening windows, and a symmetrical body design. Inside, the Topolino carries a digital cluster, storage compartment, luggage space, phone holder, and bag hook.
- Topolino: Panoramic sunroof and windshield defrost
- Topolino Dolcevita: Roll-back soft-top, door rope, and Dolce Vita badging
Fiat has also partnered with Motori & Customs as a third-party outfitter offering US customers curated Topolino editions and fully bespoke customization services, with details at motoricustoms.com.
