Flexis Selects AMPECO for Commercial Fleet Charging

Flexis partners with AMPECO to deliver integrated EV charging management for commercial fleet operators across Europe, targeting depot charging operations for last-mile delivery logistics launching in 2026.

Flexis, the joint venture backed by Renault Group, Volvo Group, and CMA CGM, has selected AMPECO as its EV charging management platform provider for commercial fleet operations across Europe. The partnership addresses depot charging requirements for last-mile delivery logistics as Flexis prepares to launch its integrated electrification solution in 2026.

The charging infrastructure will support Flexis’s holistic offering, which combines EV-native vans, fleet management software, financial services, and operational guidance. AMPECO’s platform integrates into the Flexis Interface, connecting charging operations with vehicle telematics and fleet management systems.

Integrated Platform for Fleet Electrification

Fleet operators transitioning to electric vehicles typically coordinate multiple stakeholders across fragmented systems. Flexis consolidates vehicle supply, charging infrastructure, digital tools, and advisory services into a single offering.

The company selected AMPECO based on platform reliability, hardware-agnostic architecture, and comprehensive API capabilities that enable integration with Flexis’s digital ecosystem.

Depot Charging Operations

“One of the biggest challenges our customers face when transitioning to electric vehicles is figuring out how to manage their operations, and the greatest pain point by far is charging,” said Pierre Sirolli, Head of Services & Solutions at Flexis.

AMPECO connects physical charging infrastructure to Flexis management dashboards and fleet advisory teams. The platform enables real-time monitoring, alerting, and issue resolution for overnight AC charging and DC fast charging at depot locations.

For last-mile delivery operations, charging reliability directly impacts daily route completion and revenue generation.

Telematics and Charging Data Integration

“At Flexis, we’re building a platform where AMPECO plays a strategic role in delivering visibility and insight into charge point operations,” said Magali Boisjot, Charging Solutions Leader at Flexis. “By combining telematics and charging functionality, we provide full control and oversight of customer operations through our dashboard and operations center.”

The integration delivers several operational capabilities:

  • State of charge monitoring: Real-time battery status tracking across fleet vehicles
  • Energy consumption analysis: Usage patterns and efficiency metrics
  • Charging control: Remote management of charging sessions and power delivery
  • Network visibility: Centralized oversight of depot charging infrastructure
  • Predictive operations: Early identification and resolution of charging issues before they affect deliveries

“Our platform’s flexibility unlocks the capabilities Flexis needs to deliver dependable EV charging at scale,” said Glenn L’Heveder, VP Business Development Europe at AMPECO. “We handle the complexity of charging operations and deliver the uptime their customers depend on, while Flexis maintains complete control of the customer experience.”

European Market Launch

Flexis is launching operations across multiple European countries in 2026, with vehicle production beginning at Renault Group’s Sandouville plant. The company has secured over 30 letters of intent from logistics providers including Colis Privé, GLS France, DB Schenker, and Buskow Logistics.
